No Official Hardeman 72-Hour Feed
The Hardeman County Sheriff's Office does not label any publication as a rolling 72-hour release list. Its official Booking Reports page links a running report for the current month's intakes and says reports are updated weekly. The iSOMS document is titled “Intake Press Release With Image,” and it covers all agencies. It may include bookings tied to the sheriff or a local police department when the person entered the Hardeman County Criminal Justice Complex.
A three-day list must therefore be derived from populated Release Date/Time entries and the document's own print time. That is a narrower claim than “everyone released in the past three days as of now.” If the report was printed before the target weekend ended, it cannot show later releases. Likewise, a blank release field records no release for that entry by printing, not certain present custody.
Calculate Hardeman 72-Hour Releases
The three-day method begins at the source timestamp, not midnight three calendar days earlier. Seventy-two hours is an exact interval. A Friday-through-Monday review may cross parts of four calendar dates depending on the print hour. A release timestamp means the county booking episode ended. It does not prove the person went home. Transfer to TDOC, another county, a federal authority, or immigration custody also ends CJC custody. Ask Booking or request the release record when the receiving system matters.
Note: A later intake row is a new episode and must never inherit the release time from an earlier entry.
Hardeman Weekend Release Gaps
A 72-hour span often reaches across a weekend, but no official Hardeman rule promises a weekend report refresh, fixed processing hours, a Friday adjustment, or a holiday publication schedule. The report may show releases that occurred on Saturday or Sunday once a new version is printed. That later appearance does not mean the PDF had the event in real time.
Use two cutoffs. The first is the precise 72-hour boundary measured backward from printing. The second is the period from printing to the current moment, which the document cannot cover. If pickup, personal property, a hold, or transfer destination matters, coordinate those details directly because no public release schedule or property protocol was verified.
A court date also needs care. General Sessions and Circuit records can explain bond, probation, time served, dismissal, or a later judgment. They may not record the minute staff completed release, and another hold may prevent departure after a courtroom event. The jail timestamp remains the direct county source for physical departure. The sheriff's official press releases can add event-specific news, but they are not a person-level release roster.
Hardeman Release Month Rollover
The month-to-date format becomes least convenient when a 72-hour span crosses into a new month. Once the landing page points to the new cohort, the last days of the prior month may no longer be visible through the current link. An older PDF may remain at a direct address or in a search result, but the sheriff offers no verified archive index and promises no online retention period.

Those reports show last-day-of-month population snapshots and calendar or fiscal-year averages reported by jail administrators. They are not person-level release lists, release totals, turnover measures, or evidence of any named person's departure.
When the desired three-day period straddles month turnover, ask HCSO for the prior report or a targeted booking and release record. Supply the name, estimated intake and release range, and booking number if known. Request the admission and release times, recorded authority, and receiving agency where a transfer occurred. This avoids relying on an accidental old PDF as if it were an official archive.
Recover Missing Hardeman Release Records
The first fallback is the CJC Booking desk at 731-228-3016. Ask about the precise booking episode rather than whether the person is simply “in jail.” If staff cannot provide the needed historical detail by phone, send a narrow request to the Hardeman County Sheriff's Office. The county's general records policy says the sheriff keeps a separate policy, so obtain HCSO's current request form, fee terms, citizenship proof requirements, and delivery options before relying on general county rules.
State-prison checks use a different chain. Hardeman County Correctional Facility and Whiteville Correctional Facility are TDOC prisons, not county-jail units. Their release and transfer events belong in TDOC FOIL, Tennessee VINE, parole records, and TDOC release documentation. FOIL may show an incarcerated, parole, probation, or inactive status. A transfer to a new prison location is not release to the community.

Interpret Hardeman Release Results
A person with a populated CJC Release Date/Time has left that county booking episode at the recorded time. The safe statement ends there unless another source supplies the reason and destination. Bond Amount cannot be turned into “bonded out.” A charge is not a conviction. Disappearance when the month changes is not proof of release, record destruction, or continued custody.
A person with a blank release field may still have left after printing. Call Booking. Someone absent from the current report may have a prior-month intake, may have been cited without jail admission, or may have entered another custody system.
